I often follow a management team for a period of time, helping to embed the desired change into the daily business and operations of the client.

HR leaders and teams

I work with HR leaders and teams on how to rethink their leadership development so it is directly linked to their strategy and core-business.

My experience is that most companies can make huge gains from a more focused and direct approach to how they develop their leaders, that integrates leadership  directly into their core-business.

This work often includes research, scope, design as well as conceptualising programs and carrying them out.
