Our view on leadership?
In today’s unpredictable and complex business environment, empowerment is the preferred approach to make organizations adaptable and capable of staying ahead. As this aligns with the need to create workspaces that attract talented and skilled individuals it put’s leadership on top of the agenda when competing in todays business environment.
However, making empowerment work often backfires as most leaders consider it to be about delegating tasks and expect a good result, while most leadership development programs address it as leaders ability to have trust in others.
We percieve it differently. To make empowerment work it’s not enough to delegate and hope for the best. It’s not enough to have trust in others. Instead you need the right tools for aligning expectations, link to clear objectives and frequently coordinate and adjust. What seems basic often gets overlooked.
We believe that to be excellent you have to excell at the most fundamental first. We help leaders be clear on priorities and comfortable to empower their people.
